1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the CTS training program, all sales are final. Once course access has been granted, no refunds will be issued. If a customer experiences a technical issue preventing access, CTS will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. CTS will comply with applicable consumer protection laws where required.

2. Terms & Conditions

Course access is licensed only to the registered purchaser and may not be shared, copied, transferred, recorded, redistributed, or resold. All videos, graphics, assessments, logos, text, curriculum, and related materials are the intellectual property of Community Traffic Stop Training, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. CTS may update course content and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

3. Privacy Policy

CTS collects information such as name, email address, phone number (if provided), course progress, assessment results, and payment information processed securely through Stripe and other authorized service providers. Information is used to provide course access, process payments, issue certificates, improve services, communicate with students, and comply with legal obligations. CTS does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with trusted service providers or when required by law.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of course access and may subject the individual to civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.
